Terms and Conditions

Legal advice: It is not the intent of the coach, The DestinyBuildersGroup.com , or any of the members of this group to offer any legal or accounting advice. Due diligence is the responsibility of the student before making any investment, legal, or accounting decisions.

Tuition Pricing: is for each coaching student individually. Spouses may attend events and phone calls at no additional charge. Additional family members, friends, business partners, etc… will not be entitled to attend any of the coaching meetings or sessions without express written permission, nor will they be entitled to any website access/training/events unless they choose to sign up for their own coaching membership.

Payment:

Initial tuition payments are expected to be paid in full at the time of registration for the coaching program and before any coaching meetings are to be attended by the student. The initial Licensing payment is non-refundable.
Monthly coaching tuition payments are due no later than the 1st of each month. Any payments made after the 1st of each month will be subject to a $35 late fee for each day that the payment is past due. There will be no exceptions. Automatic credit card billing is recommended to avoid any late fees. It is the responsibility of the coaching student to make sure that credit card information is kept current to avoid payments not going through and late charges being assessed. If payment is not received by the 25th of each month, the membership can and will be terminated and it is up to the discretion of the coach(es) to determine whether or not the student will be allowed to remain in the program.

Default, Cancellation, Termination: If the student does not pay the monthly tuition fee by the agreed-upon payment terms, then the student will be considered in default of this agreement. The student will forfeit their license and DestinyBuildersGroup.com will have the right to terminate this agreement.

No-Show: If the student does not attend any of their confirmed sessions/phone calls/events of the coaching program, the student will not be entitled to a refund or discount of any pre-paid or future coaching program tuition or monthly fees/costs. The coach sets aside these times regardless as to whether or not the student actually shows up, therefore no credits of any kind will be issued for no shows to coaching calls, retreats, one on one days, group calls, etc…

Warranties: The student acknowledges that they are not relying on any warranties, promises, guarantees, or representations made by us or anyone acting or claiming to act on behalf of DestinyBuildersGroup.com unless they are in writing and made part of this agreement. All advertising material and all prior representations or agreements, if any, whether oral or written, are hereby superseded by this agreement. This agreement contains the entire understanding and agreement between the student and Property Match, and no addition or modification of any terms shall be effective unless set forth in writing and signed by the student and Destiny Builders. No salesperson or current (or previous) coaching student has the authority to modify this agreement.

Reinstatement: If the student defaults or cancels their coaching membership and the student wishes to reinstate enrollment for any reason, the student will be treated as a brand new coaching student, which means the student will be subject to initial tuition fees, the newest monthly rates, and any other newer policies that have become available or required by any new students.

Attorneys Fees: If it becomes necessary to enforce this agreement through legal action, then Property Match shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs incurred in such enforcement of this agreement.

Subject to Change: Dates, times, locations, and structure of events are subject to change. Please do not book travel accommodations until confirming retreat locations, times, etc…

Private Event: DestinyBuildersGroup.com reserves the right to cancel any membership privileges of coaching students if the coach determines that the student is not willing to perform to the standards set forth in “The Rules of the game” section included in the coaching website. (www.momentumboardroom.com) Tuition credits and refunds will not be granted for the student choosing not to abide by the rules of the program.

Communication between the student and the coach will take place as follows:

All communications between students and coaches will take place through the coaching back-office website and google group, which is an online facility specifically for coaching students. Each student will be given their own unique user name and password for the back-office and this is the main form of communication outside of regularly scheduled phone calls, events, etc…
This will ensure that all communications are located in one place so that there are not multiple sources of emails, tracking, etc… As a result, more than one coach/member may be able to respond and answer the coaching students’ questions.
One on one coaching calls will be scheduled for each member. Each coaching student will be entitled to 1 (one) 30 minute one on one coaching call per month. The student is expected to come prepared to these calls with the content and challenges that they would like to go overcome, improve upon, etc…
Each student must call into their coach at their scheduled call time – Sticking to this schedule will ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of the calls.
The student should be prepared to come to meetings with questions and completed accountability assignments (if applicable) from the prior meeting.
Each member will also be entitled to attend one mastermind group call per month. DestinyBuildersGroup.com will make every attempt to record these calls in the event that you are not able to be on the line, however, we can’t make any guarantees that every call will be recorded. The student is encouraged to be on each of these calls since there is a significant benefit to group participation.

Assignment: This agreement may not be assigned to another individual or entity without the express written approval of Destiny Builders.

Risk: As with any business venture, there is always a level of risk involved. The student understands that there will be an undetermined level of risk in any and all business-related transactions that may be discussed in the coaching meetings. The student also understands that it is their sole responsibility to determine if they are willing to take on the risk of getting involved in any business or personal transaction. Each individual student will assess and evaluate their own risk level, and hold harmless Destiny Builders for any decision(s) that the student makes as a result.

Guarantee: Student understands that the coaching program does not guarantee their success. The students’ success will be solely determined by the amount of effort they are willing to put forth. No performance or financial guarantees have been expressed or implied by the Coach.

The coaching student has been informed that they have the right and are encouraged to have an attorney review all of this paperwork prior to joining this mastermind/coaching setting.
